Joint Attention Mediated Learning Intervention for Toddlers with Autism Spectrum Disorders and their Families
Dr. Baggett, will provide site leadership and oversee all project activities of the Kansas research team. She will hire train, and supervise the Intervention Coordinator and Assessor, and will oversee the site processes of recruitment, randomized assignment, intervention implementation, data collection, data management, and data transfer. Dr. Baggett will lead weekly project meetings at the Kansas site and will participate in all scheduled conference calls as well as in-person team meetings with Investigators and staff across the three research sites. Dr. Baggett will also provide leadership and training for assessment personnel and project-wide oversight of protocols for ensuring that assessment measures, including measures of implementation fidelity, are administered to standard criterion prior to their use. She will also guide development of monitoring procedures for ensuring integrity of administration and scoring of assessment measures throughout the project. During the final year, Dr. Baggett will coordinate with the other investigators on data analysis and dissemination.
