Southeast Kansas pilot project to replicate the Oregon model of intervention with antisocial youth and families

This project was completed 12-31-11.

Description

The Oregon model of intervention with antisocial youth and families has been demonstrated to be more effective in decreasing antisocial behavior in children and adolescents within a family setting than traditional foster care, mental health therapy or group care. This project aims to replicate this model in Southeastern Kansas, resulting in a comprehensive, behavioral training program for foster and natural parents.
