Description

This program promotes health and wellness for Kansans with disabilities and chronic health conditions by providing them with an eight-week course, Living Well with a Disability (LWWD). LWWD presents goal setting and problem solving as the framework for developing skills for healthy living. The program was co-developed by researchers at KU's Research and Training Center on Independent Living (RTC/IL) and the University of Montana Rural Institute on Disabilities.
