Whey protein supplementation

Description

The objective of this project is to determine the effect of progressive resistance training with daily whey protein supplements on the body composition in young adults. It is thought that the individuals who receive whey protein supplements will have large gains in muscle than those that receive soy or carbohydrate supplements.
